For UK MSP and tech foundersYour ideas, done.

I'm Corlia, the operator founders hand their next idea to. SharePoint migrations, Power Automate builds, the blog and LinkedIn, the reporting nobody gets round to, I scope it, build it and see it through, week after week.

Who I work with

Built for founders of MSPs and small tech companies.

You're the one clients call, the one who sells and the one who knows how everything works, so your own projects wait until there's time, and there rarely is.

I've spent the last 18 months inside a UK MSP, so Microsoft 365 tenants, client projects and cyber security blogs are already familiar ground.
1
Client projects pile upMigrations and automations you've sold but can't get to this month.
2
Marketing stops when clients need youThe blog, SEO and LinkedIn stop every time it gets busy.
3
Your own systems run on youLead follow-up, onboarding and reporting live in your head and your inbox.

File server to SharePoint for a property surveying firm

I audited their file server with PowerShell, 21,373 files in a single year's folder alone, optimised 8,202 photos, then moved years of survey folders into SharePoint in batches and reran the ones that failed.

Reports that build and file themselves

One form now creates the year and client folders, picks the right template out of four report types, fills it in and files it, which gave the same firm back about a full working day each week.

From website enquiry to booked call, for a UK MSP

New enquiries land in Teams with the details and a Yes or No button, and one click sends the prospect a Bookings link, so no lead waits in an inbox overnight.

I added PHP logging that gives every quote request a reference, plus an alert the moment one fails validation or doesn't send, so the client knows about a lost lead before the customer does.

How it works

One call a week, real progress every week.

You bring the ideas and the stuck projects, and I take them from rough idea to finished, documented and handed back.

STEP 01

Monday call

You bring the new idea, the client project or the thing that's been stuck for months.

STEP 02

Scope it

I work out what it takes and how long, and flag anything that needs your decision.

STEP 03

Build and test

I build it properly, test it, and fix what breaks before you ever see it.

STEP 04

Hand it over

Done and documented, so you know how it works and what's next.

Working together.

One monthly retainer covering whatever's on your list. I only work with a few founders at a time, so each one gets my full attention.

How it starts

No forms and no long proposals. We have a conversation first, and you decide from there.

  1. A 20-minute chat. You tell me what's on your list.
  2. An honest answer. I tell you where I'd start, and whether I'm the right person for it.
  3. The first Monday. We pick the first few things, and I get going.
Who you'd be working with

Hi, I'm Corlia.

I started with a UK MSP founder by rebranding his Canva templates. Eighteen months later, I've written his blogs, worked on his SEO and built the flows that handle his leads, and these days I mostly deliver technical projects for his clients, from SharePoint migrations to automated reporting.

I've always liked taking something messy and putting it in order. In grade 3 I wanted a really big sheet of paper so I could write down everything in my head and reorganise it, and that feeling has never really left me.

I'd rather learn something properly than stay in one narrow lane, which is why founders can hand me something none of us has done before and know it'll get finished.
