What I Did
I automated the full lead notification and booking workflow using Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Teams. When a prospect submits the enquiry form, the sales team receives an instant Teams notification with the lead's details and a single-click approval to send the booking link; no manual steps required.
About The Project
A UK-based Managed Service Provider was losing time to manual lead handling: every website enquiry had to be reviewed by hand before a booking link could be sent and the sales process could begin.
The Results
New enquiries are delivered to the sales team instantly, manual admin was reduced to a single approval click, and prospects receive a personalised booking email within minutes of submitting their enquiry.
