SEO content and analytics for a UK MSP.

Blog content and SEO for a UK MSP, tracked in Semrush and a Tableau dashboard that shows which posts are pulling their weight.

Semrush search visibility rising from 1.96% to 13.94% in one week

For a UK managed service provider, I write blog content on cyber security and Microsoft 365 and look after the site’s SEO. Publishing a post was never the end of the job, though. The part I care most about is knowing which posts are actually working.

What I did.

  • Blog content on cyber security and Microsoft 365, 47 posts in the period the dashboard covers.
  • Position tracking in Semrush for the keywords that matter to the business, on Google UK desktop results.
  • A Tableau dashboard fed by Google Analytics, showing website impressions over time, blog sessions and users per week, and impressions for every individual post.

The numbers.

1.96% → 13.94%Semrush visibility, 26 Aug–1 Sep vs 2–8 Sep 2025
47blog posts tracked
52,859website impressions, Aug–Dec 2025

One honest note on the visibility figure: it measures where the tracked keywords rank, which isn’t the same thing as seven times more visitors or enquiries. What the dashboard adds is the next layer down, which posts people are actually finding.

“Amazing, fantastic work.”
